■ I may charge extra depending on the complexity of the revisions during the rendering and coloring phase of a drawing.

■ Deadlines should be discussed beforehand with potential rush fee
■ Artistic process includes three main steps: sketch, line art, and coloring/rendering
■ Patience is requested,
■ refrain from repeated status inquiries.
■ Generally to complete the commission depending on how complex your request/character(s) are.

■ Ensure the commissioned piece aligns with your deadline and budget.
■ No Total/Partial Refunds : once the order is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, client dissatisfaction with the final result, changes in client preferences, or any other reason.Communication
■ If the customer fails to keep in contact for a long time, the commission will be dropped, without any refund.
■ The whole process is done via e-mail or you can apply for a friend through a discord. You can send a 1:1 message.
■ Please refrain from back-seating or pressuring during the creative process.
■ The artist retains full creative freedom throughout the project. I will not change my style based on your request or attempt to replicate the work of another artist.
